- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.

- Customized or made-to-order items may have longer processing times, and this will be specified on the product page.

- Standard shipping usually takes 3 business days for domestic orders and 7 business days for international orders.

Refund Policy:

Returns:

- We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date for a store credit towards a replacement or other product with similar cost. In some cases, we offer full refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

- Items marked as final sale or customized/made-to-order are not eligible for return.

2. Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address.

3. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
